Description

The Director of Network and Program Development is responsible to Lead the Network Development, relationships building and creating business opportunities, experiences, and business solutions.  Provide leadership and governance across all service lines, interfacing with cross functional leaders to manage existing and develop and bring new services and partnership offerings to the O&P Market. 

Responsibilities:

Network Development:

  • Lead networks go-to-market activities, event experiences, service offering, relationship engagement

  • Lead membership growth and engagement

  • Develop and maintain customer facing presentations and materials

  • Create and manage transparent project management structure and maintain program management materials

  • Develop marketing program and assets such as website, communication portal, referral source, etc.

  • Manage OPS Network program processes, schedules, costs, and resources

Program & Service Development:

  • Support management and development of strategic member portfolio

  • Collaborate in the creation of financial models and market analytics for use in business cases and M&A activities

  • Develop benchmarks for OPS participant performance

  • Organize and manage program development process meetings and communication

  • Assist service leaders in developing pricing and profitability models

  • Manage and create ongoing touch point activities such as Annual meeting, Trade shows, Webinar series, Advisory board, etc.

  • Work with teams in the following areas to support completion of milestones and deliverables:

    • Business resources and education offerings

    • Reimbursement and revenue cycle management services

    • Outsourced manufacturing and custom solution services

    • Payer Relations

    • Empower practice management software

    • Protocols and Outcomes

    • Market data execution

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $$98,199 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of industry experience and project management experience is required, preferably in the medical device industry

  • BS/BA degree, and an MBA in Business Management are beneficial

  • Strong Sales experience

  • Capable of executing in parallel to leading

  • Proven leadership & cross-functional co-ordination

  • Functions well within a collaborative team environment and understand influence management & emotional intelligence

  • Self-starter: ability to take initiative and to seek guidance when appropriate

  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills in group and one-on-one settings 

  • Strong analytical and project management skills required

  • Strong organization and people management skills required

  • Computer skills are required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Ability to travel 50%
