Company Overview
We are located in Eastern North Carolina between 2 twin rivers. We are 40 minutes from the Atlanic Ocean. We are in prime location for any type of water sport and hunting. Provide quality O & P care to patients in New Bern, Morehead City, Kinston, Goldsboro, Greenville, Jacksonville, Wilson and Wilmington. Our main lab, record keeping and billing is in New Bern. We travel to the other locations as needed to see patients. We currently have 2 clinicians, 2 lab technicians, and 6 office staff. We are looking for an employee whose main focus will be in orthotics.
Company History
The company was established in 1968 in New Bern by Donald & Lynne Truesdale. Mr. Truesdale was a CPO. Since then several other locations have been added as satellite offices. In 1999 the company was purchased by son, Mike Truesdale and daughter, Cynthia Monroe, both of which have been working in the field for well over 20 years each.

We offer paid time off to be used however employees deem. We have a medical reimbursement plan that takes effect after 1 year of employment that will reimburse up to $400.00 per year for non-covered medical, vision or dental expenses for the family. We have a company car that is used for business travel. We reimburse for mileage if personal cars are used. Other, more specific perks are discussed at interview.
